Based on Vancouver Island, this state-of-the-art mobile dental clinic, provides treatment right at one’s doorstep.
Wheely Clean brought me on to help shape their visual identity, throughout the initial launch of their business, and to build brand awareness over time. This first required developing a clean and approachable brand identity, including logo variations, fonts, palettes combinations and patterns, outlined in a comprehensive style guide. This look & feel is was then extended to various physical and digital initiatives.

Physical initiatives included designing the branded vehicle wraps for Wheely Clean’s fleet of Mercedes Sprinter van clinics.
Treating the vehicles as a moving billboard, the designs were created to work driving 100km an hour down the highway, but also while standing still in a driveway. I also used the brand elements to maximize the client’s atmospheric experience during an appointment, with wall treatments for the customized interiors. Other print pieces included business cards, brochures, posters and door knockers to target specific neighborhoods.
Digital initiatives involved a series of digital ad campaigns that ran on Instagram, Facebook and Google, as well as building a multi-page booking site on Squarespace.
Optimized for both mobile and desktop viewing, the site included integrated scheduling functionality for booking multiple employees within various geographical areas, along with custom illustrative graphics to outline the booking process.
What made this experience great?
I loved how open Wheely Clean is to incorporate bold colours and a sense of joy into their visual identity, while still maintaining a sophisticated and professional look. I also appreciate the innovative out-of-the-box nature of their offering. Dental care can come with a barrier to access for many, due to mobility, geographical distance, or availability for new patients. I truly believe they are filling a gap and serving a need on Vancouver Island.
